CARFxml v1.5 sandbox.

Paste a CARFxml message. We run XML well-formedness, then structural checks against the OECD v1.5 message envelope, required elements, allowed MessageType, MessageRefId length, root namespace. Errors are returned with line numbers so you can iterate before submitting to your authority.

XML well-formedness

Catches malformed tags, unterminated strings, encoding issues.

Envelope checks

Required MessageSpec children: TransmittingCountry, MessageType, MessageRefId, Timestamp.

Privacy

Submitted XML is never persisted. We log only line and error counts per member.
